Service Description
Elevate your corporate image with a professional headshot photo session. ***Session includes*** • Choice of our St. Paul studio or on-location • Top (25) photos to choose from • Top (3) selected images edited Clients will receive a non-downloadable proof gallery to make their image selections. The final edited images will be delivered within two weeks from the submission date. Clients will retain access and the ability to select additional edited images at a la carte pricing from the gallery for a period of three months.
Cancellation Policy
At DigieMade Photography, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, necessitating the cancellation or rescheduling of your photography session. To maintain transparency and fairness for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notification Period: A minimum of 3 days' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide the necessary notice may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. 2. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to the booking deposit. Clients may discuss applying the fee toward a new booking, within 3 day window only, by contacting the photographer directly (rescheduling is at the photographer's discretion). 3. Day-of Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session or beyond will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. Subsequent bookings will require a new booking deposit appropriate to the selected service. 4. Refunds and Credits: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. In the case of a documented emergency, refunds or credits may be considered at the discretion of your photographer. 5. Communication in Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact the photographer as soon as possible to discuss potential accommodations.
